Glad to see an amazing parody on the front page that is NOT Egoraptor-esque.

I could relate to you in some of the aspects of the game, especially friendly fire. In the final part of the first chapter, where you call in the helicopter to pick you up, it's especially relevant. Sometimes, when you can't vote a bad player out of the game, friendly fire doesn't pack ENOUGH of a punch haha.

Awesome idea, <3 the graphics and diologue, and I'm hoping to see more from you at the portal sir =)

[Beowulf: Flash Edition]

Animation/voices/GENERAL storyline: All awesome. No doubt you are a very talented animator. Not of like, the "Adam Phillips" sort, but of the "Egoraptor-ish" crowd. I also realize you had a time limit...and might not have been able to put in everything you wanted, but this is what I saw.

Most likely, there's discrepancies between different versions of the written "Beowulf", as I saw that in this flash movie. For example, Grendel's mom was ugly, unlike Angelina Jolie in the actual movie, and the girl shown in the flash. She didn't know how to communicate outside of grunts, odd noises, and smothering her child (Grendel) to quiet him when she needed to. She was a hideous, giant monster who couldn't talk, you could have built on that! lol

The whole part where Beowulf went into the lake was funny in this movie, but again could have been built on. The lake was CONSTANTLY ON FIRE in the book, and he was attacked by monsters as he swam to the bottom. After his friend said "Are you sure this is a good idea?" I was waiting for the scene to cut to the fiery lake...but it never happened =(

There was no "guard" in the beginning when Grendel burst into the hall for what the book documents as the "second" time (although in the book "Grendel" there were many more before these specific raids). Everyone was asleep except Beowulf (who pretended) when Grendel bursts in, eats that "guard" and then makes his way towards Beowulf. As he reaches out to grab him, Beowulf grabs his arm, and frightens him and makes him cry out and wake up the drunk guards who were asleep all around them. Grendel tries to escape, and the forces pulling on both ends of his arm are so great that it rips off.

There's other small details (fight with the dragon lol), but if those parts were accurate to the storyline it would've sucked. =)

I probably sound like some jerk right about now...it's because this was drilled into my head a month or two ago at school haha. These really aren't complaints, but they're parts I wish were built on to make the flash even better =)

Good, but keep going!

I loved the gameplay of this game, fast-paced and hectic, just like an arcade game. Felt like a remake of RaidenX in the beginning, but then when I experimented with the charge-shot I had loads of fun. However, there were serious drawbacks. There was no language setting (because not everyone speaks that language), the character seemed too small, I couldn't tell what the stats were supposed to mean, and diologue wasn't words, but wierd computer squares. I think if it were fixed up, it would have an even better score than it did now.

Keep pumping out the flash and games, good luck ^_^

[Inverse Kinematics Worms]

Nice!

Despite the small filesize, easy for blammers to pick off, this submission was one of the best low filesized flash productions I've ever played. This was a wierd little game, but it was entertaining trying to run away from multi colored, man-eating worms. I found myself saying, "WORMS!! OMG WTF BBQ!!" lol

Laughs aside, the experiment was well organized, provided solid gameplay, and the "Inverse Kinematics" seemed to work to me. The worms would zero in on my position on the screen and try to gobble me up, no matter where how far away from them I placed my player-controlled character.

[K-FED: Dancing with Fire]

This better go Numero Uno

Great fighting game! Loved the cinema scenes before the fight and the overall concept. Graphics were as expected, top-rated. There was an avid soundtrack, an easy-to-use punching system, and it was incredibly funny to punch the shit outta Kevin Federline (spelling?)

I really didn't get the whole Brittney part, but I was laughing when she came in. I couldn't tell if she shared damage with Kevin or not, or if she was just a shield. Either way I killed her lol.

Another thing I didn't get was how that hugely overbuff guard (not to mention a huge angry black guard lol jk) takes so much damage from little Kevin Federline.

Lol ANOTHER thing I didn't get was how Tom was so big lol. Tom's not THAT buff, is he? lol you only see his face in his pic....maybe he's Supreme Lord Of NG with the pecs and biceps.

This probably took you all of ten seconds man.

You typed in "(cheer up Emo Kid)" (exactly as it is there, since capital letters reverse the direction of the end product) with the font "El&Font Gohtic!" that was downloaded off of a font website for free. You changed the color to pink, then you put a black-to-white gradient behind it, and attached your name and year on it like it was original, groundbreaking work. You obviously have Photoshop, or some sort of image editing/creating software...please use it to it's full potential. I love the idea of an Art portal...and you're free to say, "well you're full of crap" to me, but seriously man, at least use an image...

Unless this is your own font, which I highly doubt (because your user profile doesn't have Jérôme Delage anywhere in it), then it's not art. I'm sorry, I hate to seem overly critical, but please go do some simple tutorials and maybe take a Computer Graphics class ontop of that. When you plan on submitting your good stuff, I'll be happy to give you a 5 =). Good luck.
